this weekend was a time for more boat spotting... during a circle around hog island we caught sight of A-250 "fluent" off in the distance exiting bristol harbor. unfortunately she was too far away to get a good picture.
but after we passed Hog Island light..

we crossed paths with a commander.
the big prize for the day was this picture: C-302 "Fine Lines". once upon a time she was Carl Alberg's personal ride when she was known as "Alma". She now hails from Bristol.

Bill
Nice pictures. I especially like the one of C302. I have often wondered but never asked which commander Carl sailed for himself. And thanks to your post I now know.

Another season in the books. We got one more sail in saturday before the arrival of "Sandy"
now like most of the mid atlantic thru southern new england Periwinkle is tucked away while "Sandy" passes by.
Good Luck folks.
Lookin' good Bill - always good to see Periwinkle pics. Good luck to all you folks down the coast!
