Yes I can relate, beautiful old negeletd sailboat that you dreamed of owning as a kid but would have taken 4,500 or so grass mowing jobs to buy. I have no regrets doing the work on my Commander. There is something about sailing your own boat that makes it all worth it. Away from the dock the world seems very different.
