    Exclamation 440 Ariels by 1966 / 351 Commanders by 1967

Do we know what year corresponds with each model number?

What year were they begun? How many per year?
Were any A/C's made, for example, in 1959, or 1958?

Which came first, Ariel or Commander?

I've always thought, LittleGull A338 was year 1965....?
(using the figures below, 338 would put it well within the 4th year of production, 1964.)

Divide number of boats by six years...
That would average at about 73-74 boats a year... if production was even throughout.
    That seems unlikely...
It would mean Ariel production was one vessel every 5 days.
    Seems pretty amazing, that!
(..but Wait, as the ad says..)

Now, if we include Ariel's and Commander's together, and add a year: 791 divided by 7,
equals 113 per year. Which production of both was about 3 1/4 boats non stop per year!!

OK, but, they actually worked a 5 day week, 260 days minus 10 holidays = 250.
113 boats in 250 days, actually
    that's a sail-away every 2 1/4 days. .... . . .
"Yes sir, that's right sir. Well, let's see, today's Monday...the boys will have it ready
for you, at the dock, Wednesday noon......yes sir, that's correct!"

!@#$%^&!....Is this some kind of record?
    {can see why A338 was so smoofed in certain places}
