I have a nice Commander I refitt over the last 2 years beautiful awlgripped ,hull and deck, deck is a white with blue white non skid hull is custom, sky blue mix, red boot stripe turns heads every time we sail! stripped the bottom and put 4 barrier coats on , newer 4 stroke Mercury 6hp. painted the interior, 2 new drycell batteries , charger, wiring, switch panel , new sunbrella , madras plaid cushions, custom cooler box where the sink was, new compass, and depth gauge, replaced standing rigging where needed, and replaced all running rigging.
I am asking $9000, ready to sail located in Stuart Fl.
I love the boat , I am only selling to move up to a alberg 35 or Pearson vangaurd, can't have both , wish i could!
okay, i'll get some more pics up, i also forgot to mention, the boat come with a brand new suit of sails , spinnaker and new gear, i can also be contacted @ scuderias@comcast.net.
no trailer, and The life lines came with the boat , I had a new jib made high cut similar to the ratsey one that came with the boat. after sailing with the current life lines I rather like them.
regards, cbs
I'm thinking I like those lifelines, pushpit and pulpit mui! Would you happen to have the height measurement in your head? 26"? 30"? Each time I go back and look they grow on me more and more.
I used to really want something that was 'to scale' visually, but, a knee high trip wire would spell disaster for me.
No worries
If I buy the boat Ill probably keep the bow pulpit and stern pushpit and aleviate the life lines all together,
I used to race Blue Penguin Hull 264 and a J 22 they are kinda a nuisance on a boat this size. Besides I had a 150% DECKSWEEPER at the time
Ice
I am so glad summer is here in the North
The Life lines are fine they are a help when things Pipe up, and get a bit hectic, your already ripping them off the boat and you haven't even made a offer Geez!
Your right.
Probably have to wait anyway.
Just received a job offer to return to Antarctica this October. Water is frozen down there
Have a great summer
Good Luck on selling
