"Thanks Bill. I found the Brave Heart thread and I'm happy to report it is the same boat. Looking a little rougher these days but nothing that can't be fixed or cleaned up. I'm the third owner that I know about since the boat has been in this marina and I believe it has been here at least five years. Great web site by the way. Lots of helpful info. and the earlier Brave Heart pictures help explain some of the empty mounting holes we were just guessing about. I downloaded and printed the registry information form and the owners manual & maintenance guide order form. I'll be sending them in soon. I'm not sure which membership class would be appropriate for us since we are not in San Francisco. It seems a small price to pay for such a lot of information and support.

Ariel #383 Brave Heart still mostly dark blue hull, white deck inboard Volvo single cyl. (in pieces) 1964/65? (I have papers indicating both)"

    Brave heart!

    WOTZ IN A NAME!!!
    Fantastic she is back!
    One of my favorite remodels.
Close to perfect for her size.

    She's a fine little ship.
She's had good energy put into her.
    She has to be lucky!
    Cause she's got you, Rob

    Thumbs up

Great to see one come back from the supposed abyss - a nice outcome for a change. She must be blessed. I'm sure she has some tales to tell, and hopefully many more adventures in store for her and her new owner. Welcome aboard, Rob!
