I received a note from a Mr. Herb Wood, woodhesail@comcast.net stating that he has put his Ariel up for sale and asking if I would help get the word out. She is on the Bohemia River ... northern Chesapeake Bay.

I don't know Herb and haven't seen the boat, but he describes her as "In very good shape with a new 8hp Honda (I wonder how he dealt with the engine well size) and new sails and new roller furling. He's asking $6500.

He didn't list her hull number, but says she was built in 1963. He enclosed a picture of her (undated) and her hull is black.
