Well maintained 1964 Pearson Commander sailboat with lots of upgrades. New Harkin roller furling Genoa in 2000, new Johnson 15hp long shaft outboard and controls in 2005. Sails, running and standing rigging are in good condition. Comes equipped with a recent Standard Horizon VHF (masthead antenna/windex), automatic bilge pump, solar battery maintainer, new cockpit cushions, fully functioning marine head, 12v lighting, plus all the necessary boat stuff to make this a comfortable and safe sailboat.
This Carl Alberg design is well know for comfortable day sailing and ease of handling due to the huge cockpit. She is stable but ready and able to perform well when you want it. This boat is easily sailed single handed as all lines lead aft.
