Flexy cocpit and soft decks, yep she is one of ours .
My # 45 had same problems , replace entire foredeck and all the starboard side.

Glad to see you on board and posting pics....she looks great !! If you haven't already...order the manual. Between it and the wealth of info here you'll have most problems solved.
