At Carrabelle Florida, She was too heavy with the oyster bar attached to her hull, and very slow, waiting for sanding and new paint.
Both look absolutely authentic !![]()
Thanks Ebb, I am sure she is pretty much the real thing, the cabin interior is original and looks good, just needs cleaning and some refits,
Before and after photos are encouraged .. ..![]()
Will do, I am building a new rudder now and am going to fair and paint the rest of the hull in Carrabelle, Then its on to Kings Bay in Crystal River.
You have barnacle Monet, shame you can't auction it off !![]()
Need big money for my monet!

It's difficult to tell, but is Linda Anne an inboard model?
She is the inboard model, but the engine has been removed and a tohatsu 8 was mounted aft, she still has the drive shaft though, I am going to mount a Yamaha 9.9 high thrust for now and look for an atomic 4, gas or diesel.......
Charles,
Ahoy! I am at Carabelle this morning aboard "Ariel Spirit" (hull #3). My boat is "Faith" (hull #226), it is in Pensacola. Where in Carabelle are you?
Good morning, She is on the hard at MS Dockside Marina, good to see another Ariel at Carrabelle.
Just passing through, what a great little town!
Congrats, Charles! You're going to really love it the first time you feel her move under the press of sail.![]()
