This is a well maintained 1965 Pearson commander 25ft. Ready to sail and currently docked at Richmond Marina, Richmond California. This boat had an in-water bottom cleaning and was also visually inspected 8/2007, hull seemed to be in great condition. There is a newer two stroke johnson 8 that runs well with cockpit controls. Good sails plus extra sails, rigging is in great condition, VERY little if any rudder shaft movement(play). This boat was out of the water in 2004 for insurance pictures, bottom paint and deck paint at Svensen's boat works in Alameda. Please contact Paul with any questions. 925-784-1009. Thank you
