Kickerstarter.com - seemed like run-on pun for Kickstarter -
appropriate if it was an internet outboard inventor forum
- but it already exists as some sort of a startup business venture funder!
Are the two sites related?
My father, who was an inventor and held a couple patents that I know about....
once said, that after you invent something and think it is original enough
to hire an expensive patent lawyer to have a search done,
you'll find that somebody has already patented it back in 1873
- and all you did was to come up with a different application for it.
Ideas, even vivid ones, can't be patented. Good ideas supported with diagrams
need engineering, lots of well handled money and a business plan.
Can see that slick tube-like kicker in vivid 3D.
Bright sun. Sparkling blue waters...see it mysteriously churning away alongside a streamline hull.
The world is waiting for it. Alas, it wants a realist.
