NYC/City Island area - is this your Ariel on Seinfelds new show?

I was watching Episode #2 of "Comedians in Cars Getting Coffee", when I spotted this shot which has an Ariel in it (see screengrab). Didn't know if anyone here was owned by this Ariel, but thought I'd point it out. :)
