I am trying to update my FS Ariel Sep 2016 post to the current date.
How do I do that without starting a new post or do I have to start a new post

Gil,

In some instances, you're not able to edit your posts. In that case, just add a new post, pointing out to what earlier post it relates.

It appears, however, that you're unable to post (you're shown as a "visitor.") If that's the case, you need to join the board. If you have already done that, let me know your user name and I can have the board Email you a password reminder -- actually it's a link to change your password, but then you'll know it . . If you've forgotten your user name, let me know your old and new email addresses and I may be able to find your registration with one of them.
