Nothing too big, but I just got here from Tim L's page and he no longer has the Ariel Associations address in his link page.

I did notice that he, too, is installing a Stong system this year. Can't fault a guy for that :D . Maybe it's just an oversight on his part.

Our links page could use some updating too. Here's a few we could add:

Tim's sites:

Restoration of Glissando
http://www.triton381.com/

Daysailor Forum
http://www.triton381.com/forum/

Daysailor Project
http://www.thedaysailor.com/

Scott's Ariel Homepage
http://solopublications.com/sailarie.htm

Nathan's Homepage

Commanderpete's Homepage

Well, if we're talking about Tim's boat sites, there's also:

Pixie http://www.alliedseabreeze.com/

and Sprite http://www.lapstrake.com/ (which appears to be down at the moment...)

I'm sure it was just an oversight during his last major overhaul of his site. He does maintain 4 or 5 boat-related sites plus 2 or 3 business-related sites all while getting more done in a week on his various boat projects than most of us do in a year! :D

Right On, C'pete!
It's pedantic of me fer sure, but I see this site as a Resource. Tim must view his similarly. I'm glad we have the family connection, rummaged thru his original Triton pages for solace and enlightenment many hours.

Absolutely, we should have those updated LINKS! On the LINKS plank!

I was told that most of our visitors are robots. It is definitely evident we are googlized.

BUT I really hope we are discovered every day by warm live folks who are persuaded by the energy of this website and those of Tim's that our marvelous sailboats are worth owning, restoring and sailing!

A major overhaul of this Web site is planned, since the home page has not changed in five years. :o Which might explain some of the broken links.

The job will be outsourced to a "professional" Web person - if we can find one willing to work for food and the joy of reading our member's posts. :p

Remember about, oh...say, five years ago when the forum had that old format? Jeez it was a real chore just to get some information. Then it was down for what seemed an eternity. What we have now is a Godsend for some of us (read ME). I'll look forward to the overhaul as long as the site isn't down for more than two hours. I'm already startin' to Jones

Yeah, Tim is probably one of those guys who does all of this on about four hours of sleep a week. He's a machine. He should start an apprenticship  I've always wanted to see Maine.

We're always looking for grunt work up in Tim's shop... Of course, we're both past the really nasty grinding phases of our respective projects, so you've already missed the best apprenticework. ;)
