Concerning the Commander name plate for Bristol bronze. I sent off one of my re-chromed plates some time ago via first class mail US Post Office... which could explain why they havn't recieved it as of yet. It was insured which means someone at Bristol Bronze would have to sign for it... I would really hate to loose it in the mail, I used a Post Office package for mailing. Lets hope that they now have it and you all that desire the bronze copy for your boats are able to get them and find them satisfactory. I would like to see the name plates in bronze next to my chrome ones.

Please note that I have sent off one of my rechromed Commander name plates to Bristol Bronze for re-casting. I sent it sometime ago via Fist Class mail US Post Office which could explain the delay. It was insured and someone there would have to sign for it... I hope that you all who want them will be satified, I would like to compare the bronze ones to my Chrome ones.

I wonder if Rig-Rite might have them, or maybe D&R.

Note: The principle at Bristol Bronze was "called up" for a two week tour of duty. Roger is back, but it appears he is a bit behind schedule.
