Rumor has it that this little Gem is coming to our little Commander fleet here on Lake Minnetonka.

C-23 was formerly WINDWARD HIGH. Skipper was Steve Richardt in Rochester, MN. Maybe you can track down the new owners for us.

Since I'm a bit laid up with recent shoulder surgery I had time to drive out to Sturgeon Bay, WI. to pick up #23 for her new owner. She came on a steel cradle that I had the yard drop onto my car trailer. Un eventful trip.
The boat is in great condition... No soft spots, well tended bright work, interior neat as a pin. Obviously a much loved boat. (Sorry, I did not have a camera with me)
The new owner (Barb) is the daughter of Roger who bought Ceili, #256. Bill, I'll get you her contact info in the next few days.
That is Five Commanders and an Ariel here on the Lower Lake. There is a local guy finishing up the restoration of another Commander that we hope to see out this year as well.

Hey Mike, Hope your recovery goes well, Isn't it the wrong time of the year for that kind of work, Summers here, You can't afford to miss one great day of it. What did you do hurt it digging a whole in the ice to FISH??? LOL Take care. Also Those uneventful boat pickup and deliveries are the BEST!! Beautiful boat, very lucky young lady with impeccable taste as well. I've thought about a grey boat, I like it!!
