1966 Pearson Ariel 25 foot Sailboat #400. Good old sailboat! We just took her sailing last Sunday. Located in Ventura, California. Needs work but she's been a good old boat. We just aren't using her often enough to justify the slip fees, etc. Practically giving her away! Please take her off our hands and give her a good home or she goes to the boat slaughter house. Extras include a recently installed traveler, rope clutch, and organizer. Electrical system not in operation. Will probably need bottom paint within a year. Payment due within 3 days of sale. Take title and possession within 7 days of sale.

These boat go for way too cheap. Yeah, sure they need lots of this and that, but with moderate maintenance I bet they will last a hundred years. $800.00 for an Ariel that is not a basket case....the ballast alone should be worth double that from a scrap hauler. It is a shame the slip fees can be so burdensome. At least there is the possibility of hauling one home on a trailer for 8 months out of the year. I hope #400. finds a worthy buyer. It would be an easier sale up in Seattle, but for the asking price, somebody should be willing to step up to the plate. Hope so. Too many resources went into building one of these, and they should have a lot of life and joy left to give. C'mon, Rico, you've already got the trailer! Maybe if you corner the market you can raise the prices across the board.....
