Fiber reinforced plastic monohull sloop with a deck stepped mast and
gasoline outboard engine. Comes with a main sail, a furling genoa and a spinnacker, in very good shape.

The hull has been cleaned and inspected recently (June) by a diver, and is in perfect condition, the boat is always very dry. For safety, there is a manual diaphragm pump in the cockpit with bilge pick-up, which works perfectly.

Mast, standing rigging, and running rigging are in perfect condition. There are 4 winches, two beautiful Lewmar 30ST for the genoa, and two Arco 6 on the rooftop for the main sail halyard and the other sheets. All the lines lead to the cockpit! There is also a spinnacker pole, in great shape.

The outboard engine is a 4 stroke Nissan 6HP short shaft, less than one year old and used only 10-15 times at the most. It is a powerful, light, fuel efficient and very reliable engine, which always starts at the first pull. Comes with a gasoline tank, manual, and spare spark plugs.

The boat is equipped with functional VHF transceiver (West Orion with aft mounted antenna), depth gauge and running lights. A new battery has been added, and a brand new battery charger will be offered to the new owner. A beautiful Suunto U-90 3" bulkhead mounted Compass is present in the cockpit.

Plumbing is OK. There is one water tank, no leaks have been detected, and a stainless sink with functional foot pump. There is also a manual toilet head, in the front cabin, with no tank and direct discharge to the though hull (valve usually closed). To keep your picnic cool, one built in ice box with a bilge drain, is accessible both from the cockpit and from the cabin.

In short: she is a fantastic boat, ready to sail on the bay (and beyond). All the lines lead to the cockpit, so it can be single handled easily.

I must sell because I am leaving the country soon. The slip, in Coyote point marina (Burlingame), can be transferred, for $188 a month.

For the insurance (required by the marina), an expert did a survey 2 years ago, and found the boat in beautiful shape. His report is available on demand.
