Didn't realize there was any A/C's that close, including "Natty Boh't". Looks nice from the pictures, gotta wonder if he'll get the 9k for it.
Natty Boh . . . Nasty Boh, I have been all over that 9 story giant, 9 stories the step are nearly straight up and down, and their story is 16-20 feet. Drilled throught the walls on nearly every floor for the sprinkler fitters, the basement walls/foundation was in excess of 48" in most places, soild red brick. Even shook hands with the one eye'd giant on the roof.

Do you know Phil at Young's?? If so what is your opinion? Ever done any business with him? I talked to him on the phone today, SEEMS like a nice guy? Do you know anything about that particular Ariel?

The boat was abandoned in Phil's yard for quite a long time. It took him 2 years to get legal possession of the title through the state's abandoned boat program. He spent most of a year restoring it in his free time. It is in excellent condition.
I was referred to Phil's boat yard by a friend who advised me that, as a rookie to boat ownership, I couldn't do any better than being in Phil's yard. He was right. He's totally trustworthy, knows his boats and is an excellent sailor.
